The SACGRA board boasts a diverse composition, comprising directors from various sectors
including the private corporate sector, non-profit movement, disability sector, state-owned
enterprises, and seasoned entrepreneurs with years of business success.
The board of directors holds a pivotal fiduciary responsibility in ensuring the council fulfils
its obligations and adheres to internal and external controls. Central to the directors’ responsibilities
is maintaining the organization as a going concern, primarily through delegated authority to the executive or accounting officer.
