1. Close the youth unemployment gap by connecting the youth to
workplace training, entrepreneurship, and manufacturing
opportunities.
2. Help business & government connect with talented youth by
building a career pipeline from colleges & universities to the
world of work (employment & entrepreneurship).
3. Recruit, register, prepare, and train the youth for
workplace training.
4. Recruit, affiliate, and incubate Co-operatives to secure
sustainable and profitable private business contracts.
5. Build a pool of employers willing to host, mentor, and
transfer skills to students and graduates.
6. Create a network of medium and big businesses that will
connect with potential managers, directors, or suppliers.
7. Create value through reliable performance for employers,
business, and government.
