Co-operatives
Not everyone is meant to become an employee, and we at SACGRA champion the professionalisation of cooperatives through capacity building, internship support, entrepreneur/coops assessment and business toolbox. Together with our partners, we work with existing cooperatives around the country to cultivate innovative spirit, groom entrepreneurial culture, and increase manufacturing desire amongst students and young people for them to run sustainable and globally competitive cooperatives.
Business Toolbox
We offer a plug-and-work software for businesses called the Business Toolbox. For R9 500, you get 150 business templates, 5000 pages of insights, manuals, and intelligence, including FREE introductory training for a minimum of 30 users over a three-day skills training program. It is an essential tool for New Ventures, Startups, SMMEs, and Cooperatives, with user-friendly Word and Excel templates for quick reference and adaptation.
Graduate Placements
SACGRA places graduates with host employers from various industries. We collaborate with government and private sector partners, offering significant opportunities and exposure to graduates affiliated and registered with us. Our internships typically last between 12–18 months.

ProfileXT® is a multi-purpose “Total Person” psychometric talent management tool used for selection, development, training, promotion, and succession planning. Designed to be job-related, it provides powerful insights for resolving complex human capital challenges.
Co-operatives
The SACGRA advocates for the professionalization of cooperatives through capacity building, internship support, coops entrepreneurs assessment, and business toolbox.
The organization puts more emphasis on coops’ access to markets through private sector enterprise/supplier development programs and government set-asides.
It is the goal of our Chairperson, Mr. Maqubela, to grow viable, profitable, and sustainable legacy campus coops.
